“Tim Proschold was our realtor helping us find a home here in the peninsula the past few months.  With our very busy schedules balancing busy corporate jobs and graduate studies, Tim’s schedule flexibility was paramount.  He was willing to meet anytime day or night, and even showed us a few vacant homes one weekday night until 11pm!!  His responsiveness via any avenue of communication (voice, data, etc) was also very accommodating and comforting.
